If you have an existing order that you have not yet paid for, you can cancel it by visiting the Orders page. You can place a new order with the required changes. However, if you have already paid for the order and wish to cancel or change it, please inform us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or charge a paid order, but we will do our best to assist you.

If your paid order is cancelled, the value of the order will be returned to your Globalmediapro account balance. You can then use this balance towards any future orders placed using the same account.
