Whats is a correspondent (intermediary) bank?
When paying internationally by wire transfer (MT103 SWIFT), a correspondent (intermediary) bank may be involved.
If your bank isn't directly connected to ours, it will use a correspondent bank to process the payment, and the correspondent bank will charge a fee.
If we include a Correspondent Bank SWIFT code in the Payment Options of your order, please instruct your bank to use it in the SWIFT MT103 instruction's field 54A. This ensures quick payment with minimal charges for you.
No correspondent bank is required for local payments in your country and EU-payments.
